Meditations

There are four "immeasurable attitudes": Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity.  As each of these are developed so too will anger, cruelty, jealousy, and imbalance fall away.  We will become harmonious and balanced within our life and in so doing become more sensitive to others and ourselves.

How do you develop a more sensitive nature when you don't know what it really feels like?  With the bombardment of so much Dukkha in the form noise, stress, and pain (physical and emotional) how do we learn balanced sensitivity?  Meditation practice is the way.  Here we focus on positive emotions.  Once we have learned these feelings they will slowly filter their way into our lives bringing with them joy and happiness.  We will recondition our brain and energy field to project and attract these wonderful qualities.  Slowly troubles that before gave us so much grief will be seen differently and we will address each situation correctly and with minimal pain.
